Advert for Amenities Operative

Stamford Town Council is recruiting for full time position (37 hours per week) starting at minimum wage depending on experience.


The role of the post is to provide a variety of amenities tasks which support for all amenity facilities for which the Town Council is responsible

The successful applicants will need to demonstrate

  •     Good communication skills
  •     Job will essentially cover ground maintenance duties and servicing public facilities. Training will be provided.
  •     Possession of a clean driving licence would be an advantage but not essential
  •     The position will require working evenings and weekends on a rota basis
